The Franklin Reclaimed Cypress Credenza is an industrial modern rustic sideboard, with drawers and doors crafted from reclaimed Louisiana sinker cypress and ash wood from the Mississippi Delta. The contrasting wood tones and our handmade industrial drawer pulls create a unique centerpiece with a modern touch. The Franklin sinker cypress sideboard is available in a black or white outer shell paint finish.
This modern rustic sideboard measures 72″W x 16″D x 32″H and comes with two large storage bays and four drawers. The drawers glide smoothly thanks to ball-bearing slides.

The story of sinker cypress dates back nearly 125 years ago. In the 1800s as New Orleans grew, cypress trees were harvested from the surrounding swamps. Occasionally the logs would sink to the bottom making them impossible to dig up. With better technology, people now retrieve these rare logs from the bayous and rivers. From there it’s cleaned, dried, and milled into exotic planks of wood.
